An amended RFP has been posted to PRA’s website. This amendment includes a change in the submission date, as well as a pre-proposal conference.  The amendment also includes changes to the scoring.

Parties intending to submit must either attend the pre-proposal conference on September 15, 2016 or submit an email stating their intention to submit by September 15, 2016.  The pre-proposal conference will be held at 9am on September 15, 2016.  You do not need to register to attend the conference.  The names of all interested parties will be posted on PRA’s website.
