PRA is soliciting proposals from nonprofit affordable housing developers ("Applicants") for development on the 4900 block of West Girard Avenue (the "Project Site") in the Cathedral Park neighborhood of West Philadelphia. Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is pleased to issue a Request for Proposals on behalf of the City of Philadelphia seeking experienced and qualified companies to provide furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the property located at 400 N. Broad Street and 1501 Callowhill Street. The Property will be occupied by the City Police Department and other City agencies. The Property is approximately 470,000 SF, of which 300,000 SF will be occupied by approximately 1,000 employees.  The total cost of the FF&E is estimated to be approximately $14,000,000.
