The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority invites competitive proposals from qualified landscape companies to maintain various PRA properties. Services will include: grass mowing, trimming and edging, proper removal/disposal of lawn litter, including trash, and landscape debris such as leaves, sticks, grass clippings, and organic debris.

PRA is soliciting proposals from nonprofit affordable housing developers ("Applicants") for development on the 4900 block of West Girard Avenue (the "Project Site") in the Cathedral Park neighborhood of West Philadelphia. The Project Site is approximately 54,000 square feet spread over thirty-one (31) properties including twenty-nine (29) vacant lots and two (2) three-story vacant structures along the 4900 block of West Girard Avenue. The RFP and all associated attachments can be found in the Resources section of this page.

The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority ("PRA") is pleased to issue this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for qualified, licensed and experienced independent contractors for the purchase and installation of new windows for various City of Philadelphia police stations and engine houses. The selected firm will enter into a “Master” Professional Services Contract with the PRA for one year. During this time the PRA will request services from the selected firm for various projects, on an as-needed basis.

Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is pleased to issue a Request for Proposals on behalf of the City of Philadelphia seeking experienced and qualified companies to provide furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the property located at 400 N. Broad Street and 1501 Callowhill Street. The Property will be occupied by the City Police Department and other City agencies. The Property is approximately 470,000 SF, of which 300,000 SF will be occupied by approximately 1,000 employees.  The total cost of the FF&E is estimated to be approximately $14,000,000.
